I had this somewhat embarrassing moment last week with my neighbor in regards to my shopping. She was already outside when I had gone to the porch to pick up my packages and she said: "Where do you work? I need to go work with you because you get packages every day!" (I swear it's not actually every day. Just.. a lot of days.) But ever since we've been staying at home, a few things have happened: I rely on delivery services and ordering online for almost everything to avoid going inside stores as much as possible, I'm noticing all the things in my apartment that I want to organize or update, and there are just too many sales (and really good ones at that!). Hopefully you all won't judge my shopping habits though ☺ So without further ado, here's what I'm loving right now!
[from top-bottom; left-right]
April Soderstrom Gemma Bracelet in Peach Moonstone | I love these style bracelets but it's hard to find ones that fit me or come in a neutral color (that isn't black or white). This peachy moonstone is the perfect nude with just a hint of sparkle and you can customize the size for an extra $5.
Old Navy Tie-Belt Dolman-Sleeve Jumpsuit | This is my new favorite work-from-home outfit. It's just so easy, comfortable and perfect for the warmer weather. I first bought the striped version and a couple weeks later, I ordered the black. It's currently $17 so definitely take advantage of the deal!
Melrose Ave Vegan Leather Crossband Flat Slide Sandal | I saw these sandals because of Hey Nasreen. They're only $12 from Walmart so if you're looking for cognac flat sandals (like I was), these are comfy, cute and cheap (without looking cheap of course!).
Abercrombie & Fitch Linen-Blend Belted Shorts | I really struggle with finding denim shorts that flatter me. I've already tried a bunch recently and all of them needed to be returned. But these linen blend shorts were a winner! The high-waisted style is super flattering and the linen fabric is so lightweight.
Anthropologie Remi Measuring Cups | I've been taking stock of my cooking and tableware lately and slowly replacing them as needed. When I saw these adorable measuring cups, I knew they'd be an pretty (and functional) addition to my kitchen.
Floral kimono | Floral kimonos are one of those things I love seeing on other people but wasn't sure if I could pull off myself. I took a chance on this one from Amazon and much to my surprise, the fit was absolutely perfect. I pair it with a white top, jeans and sandals, and I feel so put together with minimal effort. I'm obsessed! (Also I'm just under 5" so very petite friendly.)
Crossbody dumpling bag | I've been loving the look of the Bottega Veneta mini pouch but one, I don't think it's worth $1,390 and two, I feel like it's a current trend I like right now but not a classic style I'd feel the same way about 10 years from now. So I checked Amazon for dupes and omg, this one is great! I'm actually using it way more than I expected to. I really like the color and that the straps are adjustable.
Yves Saint Lauren Rouge Volupte Shine Lipstick Balm in 44 Nude Lavalliere | I'm such a sucker for nude pink lipstick (and pretty packaging) and even though I didn't need to buy this, I'm very glad I did. The color is flattering, sheer, and I like the slightly glossy sheen it has to it.

Have you bought anything lately that you're obsessed with?
I love how your neighbor just automatically assumed all the packages were for work 😂
ReplyDeleteI am definitely purchasing more things online to avoid going out to stores as well. I have been purchasing some books, groceries and some clothing online.
ReplyDeleteThe kimono is too cute! I love your style!
I love the look of that floral kimono! It's so pretty, and has me dreaming of warmer weather in the middle of this winter storm we're having right now.
