Recent Purchases I'm Obsessed With

Looking at all the purchases I've made lately, there's a pretty clear theme to me! I was definitely on the hunt for classic, quality pieces to add to my closet and managed to find everything I wanted and then some. But I'll be honest, with all the crazy sales lately (anyone else getting 40-50% off emails every day?), I've been doing quite a bit of shopping these days! It was actually really hard to narrow this list down to just eight but I did.  Here's what I'm loving!

Madewell Kelci Heeled Boot | All my booties are flat with the exception of one and I've been wanting a basic black bootie with a heel. I really love this pair from Madewell! The little detail with the buckle gives it something extra but still looks super classic. And I can easily walk to and from work in them.

Madewell Petite Roadtripper Jeggings | This pair of jeans was so perfect for me that I ordered two more (bringing me to a total of three). The reviews complained about them being too short even for petites so I knew it would be perfect for me and it was! I don't need to hem them, the 10" high waist and "magic pockets" hold me in all the right spots and they're so comfortable.

Chanel Rouge Allure Ink Matte Liquid Lip Colour | I've used this lip colour for years (probably held onto it much longer than I should have) in Amourex. I recently decided to try a new color, Serenity, and now I carry it with me everywhere! The color is spot-on as a daily neutral.

Cartier LOVE Mini Ring | So I knew I'd be splurging on two Christmas presents to myself this year – this ring and a bag (more on that in a future post). Cartier's LOVE ring is iconic and while it's the most expensive piece of jewelry I've ever gotten, I have no regrets. It's so beautiful and I've worn it every day since I got it a few weeks ago. I went for the "wedding band" (the thinner style) because it suited my hands better. I love it so much!

J.Crew Double-breasted Topcoat in Wool Cashmere | I was all about adding some classic essentials this winter and a long wool coat in camel was at the top of the list. But it's always so hard to find one that fits my shoulders at arms, falls at the right length and doesn't overwhelm my frame. This topcoat checked off all the boxes and I always get so many compliments when I wear it.

Abercrombie Long Stretch Puffer | I don't know when it happened but a long, black puffer coat has become a staple in my opinion! Again, it's another type of coat where I find a hard time finding one that's both warm and super flattering but this one is. It has a really nice shape and keeps me very warm.

Then I Met You Skin Balancing Duo | I have slight rosacea which means certain parts of my face can get or is usually red. It's my biggest frustration with my skin! It's always worse during the winter so my skin is redder while also becoming this weird mix of dry and oily. I started googling for products to try since I needed something to compliment my current moisturizer and serum. I eventually got to this toner and essence duo based on someone's review and with the addition of these two to my routine, my skin has never looked better!

Old Navy High-Rise 7/8-Length Velvet Leggings for Women | These are quickly running out in every color so I won't be surprised if they're sold out by the time this post goes up. I ordered these velvet leggings on a whim but they're surprisingly amazing. They're soft, stretchy and super flattering. Currently favorite pair to use while lounging around at home!
