What a weekend! This isn't the first wedding I've been a part of (it won't be the last!) and it isn't even the first time I've been someone's Maid of Honor. But it was a little different this time. Mary Ann has been one of my best friends since I was 7 years old. We talked about this day and being each other's Maid of Honor since we were in our teens. I don't take for granted how rare and special that is to see it actually come true. But I also kept thinking to myself – oh my goodness, we really are all grown up now! And even though it's a new chapter in her life, it sort of feels like one for me too. More and more people around me are getting married and I continue to be.. well, me. (I am seriously the only single person!)
As for the wedding itself, it was beautiful. No other way to describe it. I don't think I've ever cried so much at a wedding, to be honest. She and her husband (eee!) looked incredibly happy, in love and thankful the entire day. You could just tell that they were soaking up every moment and feeling blessed to share this milestone with us. I couldn't be happier for her.

Congratulations Mary Ann + Chris!
Beautiful photos, R! And I love your dress. The wedding looks amazing, and I'm so glad everything went off wonderfully! I also find it so awesome that you guys are childhood friends and you got to be the MOH at her wedding ;)
