Life lately
May started off pretty rocky and I'll be honest there were a handful of intense moments throughout the weeks but overall, things have been good and extremely busy (both personally and professionally). I had a wonderful Mother's Day weekend with my Mom. Two movie outings with my cousins (Civil War and X-Men Apocalypse!). I hung out with either Carina or Alexa every week. I saw Misty Copeland and Stella Abrera dance for the first time (I'll have a post about it soon!). And of course, this recent and much-needed three day weekend. It truly feels like summer and I couldn't be happier.

I read 7 fantasy books this month! I read: A Court of Mist & Fury by Sarah J. Maas (!!), My Lady Jane by Cynthia Hand, Brodi Ashton and Jodi Meadows, This Savage Song by Victoria Schwab, the entire Lotus War trilogy by Jay Kristoff and And I Darken by Kiersten White.
