New design reveal!

Say hello to my brand new design!

I love it and I have the ever-so-talented Danica and the 17th Avenue Designs to thank for their respective graphic work and super easy to use pre-made blogger templates. I’ve added my own personal touch to it too by updating the format of my posts and features and rewriting (plus re-organizing) some of my other pages. It’s been a long time coming but in the last two years, I never had a strong urge to redesign. Then this past December, it was pretty much all I could think about. I really wanted something new to not only refresh the site itself but refresh my perspective too. Get those creative juices flowing again. Because here’s the thing with me. I also love routines and it’s so easy for me to get stuck in one. And let’s just say that between work and my personal life, my blogging and reading routines have taken a bit of a hit (although you probably wouldn’t notice).

But I don’t necessarily see this as a bad thing. I've kind of started this year with an itch to change things up, both online and off. For the blog, this means that posting 5 days a week won't always been ideal and I may retire some features and introduce others. In real life, I've already gone on a spree of making plans that include shows, travel and concerts. All of which I'll write about here and I can't say enough how excited I am. For everything!
