RACHEL • "What Kind of Man" by Florence + the Machine
I've played Florence's studio albums, live album and b-sides album more times than I should probably admit. So it feels like I've been waiting forever for her to release some new music. And this single, "What Kind of Man" is exactly what I expected. There's just such an epic sound to her voice that makes you sit up and take notice. I've been listening to this song over and over all week and if you haven't heard it yet, you really should.



CARINA • "Chains" by Nick Jonas
This is the second song I've heard from Nick Jonas' new album and I think I'm becoming a fan. I heard the original on the radio (which I really liked) but found this stripped down version and well, I chose it for this week's playlist so that should say what I think about it. My younger cousin used to be a fan of the Jonas Brothers, Nick being her favorite and now I can see why. Check out this version and let us know what you think!

    I am totally not ashamed to admit I used to be a Jonas Brothers fan as well! I'm actually really impressed with what Nick has been doing lately when it comes to music. It's seriously pretty dang awesome that he's forging his own path now :)
