RACHEL • "Cardiac Arrest" by Bad Suns
Two things about this song cause my attention. One - it's really catchy. Maybe a little repetitive but that's exactly what got it stuck in my head the first time I heard it. Two - something about the singer's voice reminds me late high school / early college. I think because that was when I started listening to more alternative bands like Incubus and for some reason, this song reminds me of that.



CARINA • "Pull Me Down" by Mikky Ekko
This song would randomly play on my Spotify radio and I remembered liking it the very first time I heard it. His voice along with the soft, mellow tone of the song puts me in a contemplative mood. One article described this song was about "the irresistible dragging effect that love can have". I can agree with that.

    Cardiac Arrest really is catchy! I feel like if I listen to it enough, it'll be one of those songs that I'll start singing randomly when I'm on the subway or something. Never heard it before, so thanks for introducing it to me! Pull Me Down isn't normally the kind of music I listen to, but this song just makes me feel so... chill.
