What's In My Bag | A Book, Always

Have you ever seen those cute "What's In My Bag?" posts? (I like the ones at A Beautiful Mess!) I've been wanting to do one for a while and Estelle gave me the idea to incorporate the post with my Bookbags feature. And here we are! I thought it would be a fun way to change things up PLUS I almost always have a book (or iPad or technically my phone counts too since I have the Kindle app on there) to read. So this still fits my book + bag requirements!

Kate Spade bag I got during Black Friday (I love the color!) // Light Planner which is my attempt at being more organized // Current read - Asunder by Jodi Meadows // Coach slim wallet // keys (with my Mind the Gap keychain from London) // Wristlet with blotting sheets, lip gloss (I love Julep's), hand lotion (L'Occitane is my favorite) and lip balm // gum, tissues, hair clip // phone & headphones.

    Ohh I love this! Your phone case is super cute! I love the "Mind the Gap" keychain, too, and I hope I'll be able to visit London one day. I don't carry too many things in my bag, though, just a wallet, keys, lotion and occasionally a notebook and pen if I'm going to an event.

      I tend to carry a lot in my bag unless I know I'm going to be walking around a lot. In that case I try to save my shoulders some pain and carry as little as possible lol.

    I did one of these on my blog last year. They are so fun to do and share. Right now I have Stolen: A Letter to my Captor by Lucy Christopher in my bag. As for cool, hmm, maybe my gold Starbucks coffee collar. I know, I live dangerously. ;-)

    I love this post! And your bag, it is super cute! (I want one!)

    I carry tons of things in my bag... A planner too! (Only recently started to get more organized and so far I'm very happy with the result) always a book, currently Summer On the Short Bus by Bethany Crandell. I carry my iPod, my iPhone, some lip-gloss and hand-moisturizer, and some pencils. Not to forget my wallet and (car)keys.

      I finished it and it was a beautiful (5 star!) read! I had the hardest time writing my review because of all those Feels running through me, they had me stumbling over my own words. I just posted it on my blog and I really hope others will like it as much as I did!

      I'll recommend it to anyone who's willing to listen! *subtle way of saying that you really should read it when you get the chance haha*

    I love that you're doing this as part of BookBags! I seriously like checking out what people have in their bags (like a creeper/stalker sometimes), because it also helps the viewer get an idea of what a person's like too. [I also seriously love that you are reading ASUNDER. More Sam, always.]

    LOVE your bag!! It's beautiful!

    I think we've got the same wallet, only mine's purple. I love it! So slim and it still fits so much!

    I'd love to be organized enough to use a planner. Maybe one day!

      That is exactly why I love that wallet! I needed one that wouldn't take up too much space in my bag. Since I usually carry around a lot of stuff lol.

      And if you do decide to get a planner, I really like the one I have :)

    Woah this new combined feature thing looks awesome! I totally need to read Asunder but I wasn't too crazy about Incarnate so I might hold off on reading it. I can't wait to see what you think of it though! The bag itself is super cute and all the items in it match perfectly! Aw the planner is such a nice blue & that wallet is super cute! Thanks for sharing, this was really fun to read! :D

    Oh my gosh this is so cute!! I love seeing what other people carry around because sometimes I feel like I carry my whole life with me (which I pretty much do) and I'm curious what others carry around. That phone case is super cute. Also, LOVE THE BAG.
